Join Computer Support Team

Byte Solutions is looking for an Office Manager / Administrator with STRONG TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE. The position will involve ordering and selling computer related hardware and software. You must be able to understand technical specifications of technology components. The position will also involve managing customer support tickets. You must be able to understand basic customer computer problems to be able to properly create support tickets.

Candidate must have a high level of common sense and the ability to take on new projects to completion with a minimum of help.
This position requires you have reliable transportation with current insurance and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate will have an upbeat, positive personality and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

We are only interested in candidates currently residing within approximately 25 miles of Pompano Beach, FL. We are not interested in relocation or candidates with long drives.

You must have a clean background check and excellent references.


  • QuickBooks accounting including purchasing, quoting and customer invoicing.
  • ConnectWise customer and ticket management.
  • General office tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules and employee calendars.
  • Research and purchase technology items and understanding the pertinent specifications.
  • Maintain and improve office systems and procedures.
  • Answer phones and routing including customer service handling.
  • Manage customer and vendor contracts.
  • Run company errands such as post office and bank.

Personal Skills

  • Dependable - must be highly reliable and consistently follow through on tasks.
  • Ability to follow directions 
  • Organized – must have strong organizational skills.
  • People person – Must be outgoing and pleasant.
  • Common Sense – must have a high level of common sense.
  • MS Office – must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) verbal and written skills a plus.
